Refund Policy

AIT Consulting provides custom digital and consulting services. Because work is typically tailored and begins upon confirmation, refunds are limited and assessed case by case.

2. Deposits and Advance Payments

Deposits and advance payments are generally non-refundable once project work, discovery, planning, or resource allocation has started.

3. Eligibility for Refunds

A partial refund may be considered where no material work has started, or where both parties agree in writing to end a project before completion.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Time spent on consultation, planning, design, development, integrations, licensing, and third-party services is non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed agreement.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days through the original payment method unless another method is agreed in writing.
